Join us for our yearly ski trip! This year we are going to Sunday River in Maine! Sunday River is located as a 3 hour ride from Boston. Spanning three miles, Sunday River is spread across 870 accessible acres that spreads across eight interconnected peaks: White Cap, Locke Mountain, Barker Mountain, Spruce Peak, North Peak, South Ridge, Aurora Peak and Oz.

We will be staying at the Snow Cap Inn, Sunday River Resort. (9 Snow Cap Rd, Newry, ME 04261) The Snow Cap Inn is conveniently and centrally located in the heart of Sunday River, and open throughout the winter months. Skiers and snowboarders can access all base lodges via the free resort shuttle system, or walk to and from the slopes by connecting with the Road Runner ski trail.

Our ticket includes 2 day lift tickets, 2 nights at the hotel, bus*, and a Saturday buffet dinner (*There will be a limited supply of tickets with no bus)

Everyone (SAGE members and guests) going on the trip needs to fill out the Survey.

- Rooming List Signup:

If you have purchased tickets, please write down your full name in the room of your choice (if you prefer with friends and/or guests) in the following Rooming List.

Notice

• This rooming list is not final, we might have to move some people around.
• All rooms will have 2 queen beds.
• Room numbers on the spreadsheet are NOT representative of the physical proximity of the rooms at the Inn. (for example, It is likely that Room-6 is closer to Room-27 than Room-5)

- Lessons Info (including learn-to-ski):

1) Learn to ski/snowboard (different from previous years, read carefully!)

If you haven’t skied or snowboarded before, this may be the perfect option for you. The Adult Learn to Ski or Snowboard Lesson is designed for guests ages 13 and up who have never skied or snowboarded before. The package includes 2 days with two-hour lesson on each day, rental equipment and a beginner lift ticket with access to a range of easy terrain. If you are buying this package, do NOT purchase rentals from the Eventbrite page.

If you are interested to do Learn to Ski/Snowboard, you should follow the instructions below:

• Go to the link : Lean to ski/snowboard
• Pick a Ski or Snowboard lesson for the date Jan 25th 2020
• Under “Upgrade your experience” select “1 Additional Day Package”
• NOTE: If you booking learn to ski for yourself and your guest, please make the booking separately.
• Press “Add to Cart” (The visible price should be $149)
• Click “Apply Discount Code” right above “Checkout”
• Enter the code “srgroupten1920” to save 10$
• Hit “Checkout”; Then Sign In / Create an account; GACP Programs Waiver, Terrain ability, Ability level, and any comments?
• Complete payment of $139.
• Save a copy for your records and email a copy of the receipt to sageskitrip@gmail.com to get a refund from SAGE of $120. (Effectively, it will cost $19 for Learn to Ski).

Notes:

• Reimbursements will be processed after the trip
• Reimbursements cannot be processed without an email copy of your receipt from the Sunday River website.
• Again, do NOT purchase rentals from the Eventbrite page.

2) Not your first time but there is always room for improvement.

- Rentals Info:

Note: If you are buying "Learn to Ski", skip this section.

• For 2-Day Rentals (Ski/Poles/Boots or Snowboard/Boots) select 1 unit of “2 Day Rentals (Ski/Poles/Boots or Snowboard/Boots)” which will be $75.
• For helmet Rentals (highly recommended), select 1 unit of “2 Day Rentals (Helmet)” which will be $20.
• Helmets are highly recommended (Make sure to rent a helmet, unless you already have your own!) -- stay safe!

- Waitlist: If the event is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will not be using the Eventbrite Waitlist for this event. Do not email us to be added to the waitlist.

No refunds will be available. If you can no longer make it, please contact someone on the waitlist for the same type of ticket) for a ticket exchange. One Guest per SAGE Member while tickets last.

**This year, in order for us to finalize the rooming list on time, the last day for ticket exchanges will be Jan.15. We will not accept ticket exchanges after this date, unless the new attendee will be lodging exactly in the same room as the person selling the ticket or it is a health/family emergency. Anyone who decides not to attend after Jan. 15 will forfeit their ticket at their own expense.**
